Lies just to get the sale

I was called by Dean , who works for SELL DIRECT but on behalf of Telkom, I was offered a deal on a wifi device.<br> Through this conversation I was ****/mislead/ told what I wanted to hear.<br> 1) I was told the normal proce was over >R200 PM but I get a deal of R159 PM, WHICH IS THE NORMAL PRICE TO EVERYONE.<br> 2) I was told that I can open the device, see if it works with LTE and if I am not happy with in 5 Days I can return it with no problems,<br> 3) I try and activate the device by calling sell direct by calling the number given to me, ***, and no one answers!!!<br> 4) I eventually get TELKOM to help me get a hold of Sell direct and then I get told by Shahieda Mia that because I have opened the device I can not return it,<br> i then phone again asking to get a copy of the call between myself and DEAN and i get told by the receptionist that i will receive a call in the next 24 hours after the DISPUTE department have listened to all the calls and have a solution for me, OFCOURSE I DONT GET CALLED< I HAVE TO PHONE THEM ON XMAS EVE, then i get told that they will call me when they ar done and i must just wait.<br> i want them to take this device back at no charge,
