Lies in relation to service

Good day, I have called in for the 4th time this week alone, on the first call i was told that a technician would be sent, on the second time i was told cables were ****** and there was a fault at the main box and a technician was working on it, on the third time i was told no technician had been sent and i was advised that one would be sent and be in contact with me, today i was told that no technician had been allocated to this fault, and that it would be escalated today.
