Lies from Telkom

On the 7th February, Telekom had an outage. On Sunday the 9th February at 02:16 I received a sms from them, stating that they fixed the outage and they have loaded 500mb of data to my account. I however didn't receive anything from them. I even phoned their call center. The lady wanted my number and ID number, but there's no way I'm giving my ID number to anyone on the phone. She kept saying "I can't help you if you don't give me your ID number"
