LIES & DECIETE

my service line and ads has been down from the 4 April 19 to current, been calling Telkom and no help just empty promises and goes on 5 consecutive time I called them they advised and order was placed to get the FLLA but nothing until today 2 May 19 called the FLLA department they advised nothing was done and they expedite it to their manager to call me at 9.30am its 11:29am and still no call I am really tired of waiting for false promises and I am currently paying my full monthly premiums, and I have no service working.

why the hell are they charging me for NO SERVICES, and only getting mislead about my order *** is wrong with Telkom like seriously only issues and no seems to care at all they have compassion and care for customer they work there for the sake of it not for passion, I WANT MY SERVICES ASAP AND I AM NOT PREPARED TO WAIT ALL OVER AGAIN
