Lies, deceit, incompetence and a complete lack of care for us, the customers

<p>I have been struggling to get my Telkom line working again, I have been without Internet and a phone line since 9 December 2016 and when I phone my Internet service provider and Telkom, I just get useless, inconsistent stories about some interchange problem. My business is suffering without Internet and no one at Hellkom even cares. If anyone reading this has an alternative solution for me, I am all ears as this can not carry on any longer and Telkom is absolutely useless.</p>
