LIES BY TELKOM STORE

I AM UTTERLY AND TRUELY DISGUSTED BY THE SERVICE OF RYAN AND NABEELA AT THE TELKOM STORE IN CAVENDISH

trying to sort out my problem, my contract was threatened to be suspended and the sales reps laughed, giggled and rep**** arrogantly.

I WAS UTTERLY INFURIATED WHEN I RECEIVED THE an Email about a fee i apparently signed for. I opened up the attached document and noticed INFORMATION HAD JUST BEEN ADDED TO IT.
There were many inconsistencies :
1. The spend limit was not set to 0, it was set to R100, and this was explained to me in store when I signed the document. However suddenly the emailed copy says R0, instead of what it was set to BEFORE I SIGNED it to R100.
2. Ryan Esau WAS NOT THE SALES CONSULTANT WHO ASSSISTED ME. in fact, he was not even in store that day.
3. Thirdly the R100 fee WAS NOT WRITTEN IN when I signed it. THIS WAS ADDED IN AFTER I signed this document. WHEN I SIGNED IT, the consultant EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THERE WAS NO FEE.

if there was a fee i would have paid it before i left the store that day.

Ryan said 'he didnt know why' when i pointed out inconsistencies on the form. why would he then sign it?

i demand and verbal and written apology from both consulatant
