Lies and unproffesional

<p>Opened a case with Telkom complaining of being over charged on the 20th of March 2017 till today they haven't got back to me they keep saying its been attended to yet I get no reply I keep phoning them still no solution this is annoying I want my money to be credited back as soon as possible </p> <p>I will name and shame you </p>
