Lies and more lies

I've recently paid up my telkom account on the 8/02/2020, I have been requesting a paid up letter since I paid the account.

After calling telkom numerous times, I complained on Twitter and I received a paid up letter on the 24/02/2020

I was promised in the letter that my credit profile would be updated withing 7 working days, it's been over 7 working days and still nothing has happened.

I've emailed *** and *** and haven't got any response to this matter.

I'm not surprised that telkom would lie in writing.
