Lies again
I had endless faults earlier this year, and after complaining I had good service. Now my phone has been out of order since Sunday (4CTZ130915) and escalated on Tuesday ref no 745740) and is still out of order. I received an sms yesterday saying fault was restored. This is not true. Please resolve urgently.
