Lies About Feedback And Repairs Never Made
My line was damaged by a strong wind more than a week ago. I have reported fault and since then I have been told every time I call the call centre that someone is on their way or that someone is at my home now fixing the issue. The issue has not been fixed and according to my domestic no one from Telkom has been here this week. The Call Centre is incapable of giving any feedback other than the standard lie of \someone is one their way"."""
