**** to in my face by Telkom

On 02 February Telkom notified me that I am due for an upgrade on 05 February. When I went to the Telkom shop in Secunda on 26 February, the lady working there rudely told me if I upgrade now I will be penalized and that I can only upgrade in 10 days time.... so I dont understand why am I being **** to, doesn’t Telkom wants the business? I then ask her why on a previous occasion a lady at Telkom shop directly also told me I can upgrade on 02 February and now I cant. I had to wait a long time in line and got **** to. The lady also told me she had no idea what the penalty amount will be, why is she there if she has no idea what she is doing. Also when asking to speak to her manager she pauses and said no, her manager is in a meeting.
