I called telkom hatfield branch and asked them what the requirements r if i want to apply for something .i was told a few things .then i asked will a lease agreement work i was told yes.then i askes i would like to come i today but i left my id book at home but i do keep a copy inwas told that is fine aslong as it is certified. I take my lunch break early go to bank all that tgen i go to the branch and i wait in a que then i eventually get helped and i get told no sorry need the origiinal and they make a copy. I waisted my money on a bank statement and waisted my lunch break of an hour.i called to find out everything to avoid waisting my lunch .now i dont get to eat cause i waisted my break aswell.what the hell r the people lieng to customers for.this is my 1st time cumming to telkom and i will neva eva go back cause of the bull**** i was told.
