**** about Infrastructure

Called Telkom 10213 to order a land line and an ADSL package and spoke to a pleasantly competent Telkom representative called Fikile.<br> <br> She took me through the motions and assisted me in ordering my broadband deal and voice line, specifically asking me for my address/area/building complex, then doing a check and telling me that they HAVE AVAILABLE INFRASTRUCTURE to accommodate my order.<br> <br> Today I called to check the status of my order (***A) and the Telkom representative told me that the infrastructure for my area is not adequate and that they have to upgrade the area, which will take until the 29th of April (43 days). Very poor!
