*****, *****, USELESS!!!

***?!!!!! Do you honestly think customers are idiots?!!!! First I had to deal with the number of days increasing every time i followed up on the (NOTE) RE-connection of ADSL line. Now I was told they do not install ADSL lines anymore due to a copper and only Fibre and LTE. We do NOT have fibre or LTE in our area and we HAD ADSL which TELKOM disconnected because they do not listen!!! So how can you now all of a sudden not reconnect the ADSL due to "copper shortage" (YEs, that is what I was just told!!) There has not been any copper theft in our area so did the nasty fairies just made it disappear into thin air???!!!! USELESS, USELESS, USELESS!!!!!! So now you can take your stupid excuses and go to hell!
