<p>Hi all</p> <p> </p> <p>yesterday i subscribed to the ShowMax Bolton Package but before i signed up i wanted to make sure that i understood what i read online. </p> <p> </p> <p>so i thought id chat to one of your consultants to find out more... i told them im on a 10gigs LTE package and i wanted to make sure that showmax wont use of my 10gigs package.</p> <p> </p> <p>she asured me that it will NOT use of my 10gigs.</p> <p> </p> <p>so i signed up, got my promo code, put it in showmax and tested when i got home.. watch about 10 minutes of showmax and it used up the last of my data!!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>could you please correct this!! attached is the conversation with the agent!</p> <p> </p> <p>i would like to continue to use this showmax subscription and it must NOT use my data as the agent said</p> <p>my number in question is ********** 883 </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
