I really don't understand with Telkom, it's been a week now since my matter has been handled, or is it that we can't talk to people at the back office and actually not taking us seriously? I really dissapointed of how they handling my case, speaking to different consultant it's tiring, can I get a feedback by tomorrow atleast, you really don't take your customers serious especially with quiries related to you.
