let's see if Telkom delivers

after my last review I received two telephone calls from two different Telkom personnel. Each asking whether they could transfer my phone the following day. Clearly neither had read the original application or they would have known that I requested the transfer for September 21st. The second caller clearly didn't know about the first caller. However, both reassured me that my phone would be transferred on the the 20th/21st. I have heard nothing since. Will keep you posted. Am really happy to report a happy outcome should there be one
