Worthless technical helpers! Impossible to reach floor mangers! Pathetic promises!

I have rep**** to your emails that you’ve sent! Still no one has contacted me at all! My fault has been cleared under who’s authority I have no ****en idea? Managers refuse to contact me again. Facebook refuses to reply to my messages even though they request I provide more information! WHAT THE ACTUAL **** TELKOM! Don’t tell me how much we’ve used of the line, or tell me the speed you’re picking up on your side! Come to the god damn house and let me show it not working! It’s about time you do something
