On Wednesday I called Telkom regarding my Business ADSL line, which was giving me problems. The lethargic Consultant ask for my personal details including my ID and I gave it gladly to him. <br> <br> After a while , He then asked me my name numerous times and then said, \Lauren you don't have a line with telkom"with a huge attitude. I told him how could I not have a line with Telkom"
