Let me help you Telkom!

I am trying to assist Telkom by migrating from their copper service to a Wi-Fi phone. But this seems impossible, I have been trying for more than 2 years but still have not had any success. I the interim I am still paying a monthly account, but can't use the phone as the copper line is not working anymore. Endless phone call, email, chat... nothing.
