Let down my Telkom again , rude consultant

I am literally so unsatisfied with Telkom , The fault I logged on Monday is still unresolved. Thendile , the consultant I spoke to today was so rude laughing at me when I started talking and hanging up the phone before I was finished speaking. How are we supposed to do business without a working landline or wifi ?

This is not the first time Telkom disappointed me , please do not make the same mistake as I did and choose them as you’re service provider
