Lesson no1 : Don't trust Telkom

After being promised that I would receive my order within 3-5 business days , now after having to make my own enquiries because your departments have decided to ignore my mails and calls I have been informed that I now have to wait another 2 days before I get my router delivered to me. This is completely unacceptable, the worst service ever. You promise me the world just to make a sale and then decide to disappoint me coz now you have what you want and I am left waiting , if i knew your service was this pathetic and unreliable i would never and taken out a contract with you. But i guess you live you learn.
