LESS THAN USELESS WIFI AND SERVICE
We have had CONSTANT issues with our Telkom WiFi which is affecting our business. We had a problem last year/beginning of this year where we were hacked for over 40Gigs and Telkom did NOTHING to assist.
We haven't used our modem for the whole month and chose to use it today only to be told that we have no Gigs left.
YOUR SERVICE AND PRODUCTS ARE ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC AND WE WILL BE CANCELLING THIS CONTRACT - WE WON'T PAY FOR ******* THAT DOESN'T WORK 99% OF THE TIME!!!!!
