Less than 1 star for Telkom

Telkom makes it impossible to talk to somebody to get assistance. It is ironic that a telecommunications company is so inept at communicating. Not one of the people you FINALLY get a hold of is able to help and summarily transfers you back to the automated "menu" where none of the options pertain you your problem. And don't get me started on the website. What a joke. I wish I had never opted to use Telkom as a "service" supplier because service is not something high on their list of priorities. I will be moving to another "service" supplier once my upgrade is near. If I could rate them less than 1 star, I would have.
