Lerato / Quraisha Netshandaman - Salesperson of the month? NO!!!!**** and a Ghost after sales

I have my adsl with telkom, completely uncapped but speed not so good however it is serving its purpose as my average data is around 300GB Then along comes Lerato Netshandaman posing as Quraisha which we only find out a month later. Promises my husband along with his colleagues the deal of the century. Never enquired how much of data we use, never explained that the new deal has a FUP after 150GB and a further FUP after 200GB!!! For someone that averages 300GB!!! ***??? To date I do not have a contract agreement neither have I signed one. Trying to get ahold of Lerato / Quraisha Netshandaman and Wow to my surprise no one can! What's app messages never responded to, on the day of delivery I find all of this out and request to have the contract cancelled immediately Service is beyond pathetic!!! I work in customer service and sales and my company would crucify me had I been in her shoes! Wheres the needs analysis? wheres the after sales? I requested to have everything returned on the day of delivery!!! And now the bill sits at 1400 on top of my 10MBPS adsl line and Cancellations? Give me the details of any provider to give me total uncapped fiber and I will jump ship!
