lennovo ideapad advertised , but not available

The lennovo ideapad ia advertised, but not available in PE. I went to branch at Baywest Mall. I was helped by Andiswa, she said it did nit sell good do it was transfered. No one else in PE has it and it cannot be ordered. Is this the service you giving your clients ? If this is the case I will not be renewing my contract. I wanted it with the 2GB data deal. Very dissapointed.
