Legal Services for Telkom

I would actually like to give Telkom a zero star, because I am having no joy with them. I had a cellphone account with Telkom (8ta) years ago, which has now prescribed. I lodged a dispute with the credit bureaux and it was found that this debt has in fact prescribed and my credit report was cleared but because I was flagged for debt review, the debt counselor is now requiring a prescription letter from Telkom, I contacted them to issue me with said letter, Prescription Act 68 of 1969, but I am unable to get feedback from them, I have chatted with an agent online (they don't know anything about the prescription act, so they telling me I still owe the money ) I have sent multiple mails to ********** (with no reply back from them) I have called the 180 call centre and the number literally does not work, I have sent a message on facebook, no response and I am no at my wits end. I have searched the internet high and low and I cannot find a number for telkom legal services anywhere.
