Telkom make money by miscommunicate information. I'm struggling few years now with telkom billing department. When you call them it's like they have no idea what's going on. My billing date is never the same. And if there's no money they charge you R206.if I try ask to do manaul payment they say I should not. Its very convenient and nice bissness plan that. To cut there price and mak it up later. I'm done with telkom. Jus finish this contract. With how many people they do this. Its legal *******. Telkom won't make next 10 years. I wanted to take a 10mbps line with them. But I'll look elsewhere...
