A few days ago I bought the Prepaid Uncapped LTE bundle but was unhappy with the speeds so yesterday I decided to cough up R900 to buy the 1TB LTE deal only to find out that telkom will not let me use the 1TB of data I just bought as It continues to use the slow Uncapped LTE bundle. I called customer care and I explained the situation. They tell me that they are "unable" to remove the uncapped deal from my account and that telkom uses "first in first out" data so when the older package runs out it would use the 1TB package, but the current package is uncapped....Meaning that 1TB data cannot be used until the uncapped data package ends, I bought them a few days apart and I was not warned that I would not be able to use this data at all, but yet they gladly took my money for it. 1TB of LTE DATA that will never be used. I got ****med. If I could give 0 stars I would.
