This is my last attempt trying to fix this issue,

If on Wednesday,25 July 2018 you debit me the amount that i never agreed with you on, i am taking legal actions against your organisation

I have recorded every Phone call, Saved every email, every Inbox....

This has coursed me such a headache, You are very inconsiderate.... every time i call the call centre its like they are all clueless, No one seems to know what they are doing, My issue is handed over from one person to the next

for the third time my case has been closed, But no one is even calling me to give feedback

I am really unhappy and i regret ever joining Telkom
