Legal Action needed to cancel contract

This is disgusting service we took out a wifi month to month contract with telkom , the salesman mistakenly captured it as a 24 month contract this was a sim only deal we did not receive a router , we have been trying to cancel this deal for the past two months with no avail. All we here is that the call has been escalated but we are paying for something we don't want, The lady we are dealing with at Telkom (Bianca Delo /Retentions Agent) has stopped responding to our emails. see below
