Legal action against Telkom

I have been blacklisted on ITC for a service we never received. Surely this is *******?

We placed the order but no phone call or technician or any service.

Raised numerous disputes over the last 8 months, 3 of which were closed with no resolution (how is that even possible) and my last dispute ref ********** 0 is now pending for almost 2 months.

I just need the line to be cancelled and the credit departmebt to rectify the incorrect billing as well as clear my name from being blacklisted.

Does anyone know if I can pursue legal action since I hace been blacklisted for a service that I never received? Surely the national credit act protects people from this.

Please help.
