Legal action against Telkom

<p>Telkom have still not contacted me ,despite numerous messages and calls about my ADSL service. Since my problem began (+-8 months now) i have got numerous fault numbers and references numbers and you people keep closing it because your technicians don't want to do their job ,they keep shifting the blame to someone else and tells me that if the problem happens again i should just get another reference number, that is garbage and pathetic from you people, I was promised a month ago that the area manager would contact me to finally reslove this problem, but i'm still waiting for his call..You people give empty promises and this has gone too far.</p> <p>I am now going to take legal action against Telkom because this is unacceptable.</p>
