Left Telkom without being helped due to not being able to provide my I.D.

<p>I was able to take some time from work today to go and give Telkom notice that I will be migrating my ADSL line over to my ISP. I was then informed that there is no way that I can be helped since I can't provide my I.D. book which I never carry with me and that nothing else is accepted except my I.D. book. If this is the case then my wife or no one else will be able to go for me to do this and my working hours are very much the same as Telkom's so please provide me with an alternative?</p>
