Leaving Telkom is this isnt sorted!

Last December I ordered a Galaxy Tab through Telkom and was told that it would take two days to get stock. I waited and returned to pick up the Tab to be told they don't have stock. I waited two weeks and cancelled the contract. This week I app**** for a Apple iPhone 6 plus 64 gig with unlimited data for 6 months on the R549 pm deal at Lakeside Mall, Benoni. The staff are incredible and unbelievably friendly. I was told I would wait till Friday for stock to arrive. I returned to the store today to check on stock arrival and was told I wont be getting it on Friday as Telkom is short on stock supply everywhere. SERIOUSLY? AGAIN? How does Telkom advertise a product and then not have the product in stock.... AGAIN?! MTN, Vodacom and CellC all supply handsets the same day. If this is the type of service I am going to get from Telkom continually, I think its time to leave the network altogether. Afrihost has cheaper data than Telkom anyway. Utterly disgusted Telkom with your customer service. I cant imagine you getting much customer satisfaction. I will give you until this Friday to prove me wrong. Not anticipating much! If this is how you do business its time to stop already!
