LEAVES A COMPANY WITHOUT INTERNET FOR 14 DAYS

Absolutely horrible service and I would advise NO LARGE COMPANY to use telkom for internet purposes. We keep logging faults and following up every single day ... No technician has showed up as they promised every time and meanwhile the company has to struggle with delays and unhappy clients because our internet provider is a joke. You would think that they understand the urgency of fixing the problem as we are a large company that cannot function without internet in our busiest time (December) but obviously thats not the case. So frustrating to deal with a company that doest give 2 cents !!! RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!! ????
