Lazy useless idiots

I have tried to cancel my telkom account, I fill in the document and send a copy of id to the cancellation email, how ever the mail is returned saying the mail box is full. this tells me the useless idiots at telkom are either to lazy to do their work or too stupid to delete old emails. I am sick of paying R850 for a 4meg adsl line, poor service, slow internet speed. I demand that one of you lazy people call me back to arrange cancellation.
