Lazy Technicians cancelling Fiber move Orders

I moved from 1 apartment in a complex to another apartment in the same complex on the same floor, about 6 doors away & requested my fiber line be moved to my new apartment, my entire building & the area I live in supports fiber & has the infrasturcture. This was last week, fast forward 8 days later the fiber request was cancelled due to no fiber coverage in "my area" in the same building where I had fiber just 8 days ago?
