Lazy Techii

How likely would I recommend Telkom 0 an each time I get to respond I will send a 0, at the start of the month I ACTUALLY considered moving from MWEB to Telkom, Due to a friend telling us about the good speeds his getting, We lodged MULTIPLE SPEED FAULTS WITH MWEB FOR A TELKOM TECHII TO COME OUT AN EACH TIME HE CLOSED IT OFF, its been months now an still we having a speed issue. I will never upon Telkom as they lack customer services an have lazy staff that's unable to resolve anything. Please arrange a techii at my convinces as I feel I've been messed around time an time again, IM AVAILABLE AFTER 4PM if someone needs to call me. One of the reasons I would recommend MWEB an remain is that my issue gets dealt with
