Lazy rude staff

My mom went in as the was told to leave her phone there the woman knew it was for a landline and still made her stand for 30 minutes while staff walked past her all the time. Only to be told that she must not leave it there . She has heart problems and is elderly this is disgusting and even I myself find the staff there to always be rude to customers and lazy .
