Lawyers calls - Person passed away 2 year ago

My mother had a telkom cellphone account. She passed on in May 2022. In that same week I went to the Telkom office in person and I gave ALL the documents in. They guy scanned it and saved it on her profile and said it is sorted but I must phone a department so that they can just stop the account. I tried for 2 weeks to get through to the so called department with no luck. I left it there as I gave in the documents. Now the Telkom lawyers are harassing me as the account was handed over and that I must take in the the documents again. @Telkom, please do you work and go look at your system and sort out your house. This is truly terrible that you get phone calls regarding a loved on that passed on. Sort it out please.
