Lawyer harassment for line cancelled 4 months ago

I am getting spammed and harassed by a so called \law firm"called Fourie Sikweyiya. They claim I have an outstanding fee with Telkom and keep threatening to blacklist me within 24 hours if I don't pay. The account was settled when I cancelled the line end of February and now I am being spammed and harassed for a line that does not even exist!
