late payment charges and refund

Entered into a contract with them there was a payment that was due to be taken on the 15th of September 2025 however no payment was taken till today with my account having more than enough funds after also approving the direct debit now I have to pay a late payment fee when the next payment is due.

Previous had a data contact with them my account was in credit I had multiple cases opened I never received my refund
