Late instillation

I recently app**** to have a phone line installed at my home with the promise of free installation and completion within 14 days . It has since been more than a month with countless reps giving me the run around promising it would be done. My first payment is due and I do not plan on paying for hopes and dreams for what could have been, I'm highly disgusted in this poor service and lack of communication. This is truely making me consider canceling everything and continue living in the dark ages. To top it off my free installation is not so free anymore as I've been qouted R700 to get the job done. As a working student , this amount might as well be R***.
