Late Estate cancellation : ***

@TelkomZA It’s been oover a month& a half since I went to cancel a deceased contract . Up until now we still havent received it acknowledgement of my request. This level of poor customer service is ridiculous & unacceptable. I’ve been to 4 branches( Vaal Mall twice, Rosebank , Kyalami corner and Three Rivers ) and emailed Lsdanational. What does a person really have to do to get done service ?
