Late delivery,Bad service

I have been a telkom mobile client for years ,recomanding everyone to join Telkom ..im very disapointed .

I app**** for August special for 10 Megabytes.They make me wait for 9 days for my delivery and deliver the package that have the sim not activated.

I called Telkom their consultant dont care and give me different stories. Why did they deliever something that doesnt work. They told me to wait again.

I WANT MY SIM TO BE ACTIVATED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I cant pay for something that i cant use.
