Late delivery - Sim still not activated!

Still awaiting my sim card to be activated after a late delivery and no call centre has been picking up for the past two days. No one has a definitive answer as to when my internet will be activated. You have ALREADY debited money from me I cannot even use your ****** useless service. FEEDBACK REQUIRED HERE TELKOM.
