Late delivery

I went into contract with Telkom, and they promised me they would deliver my parcel within 3 - 5 days, but its been almost 8 days now. I am very disappointed in Telkom, i was just thinking of cancelling the contract, before it even went further!!! This is INCONVENIENCE!!!
