Late and no response

I was quoted 10 days lead time, They came and went. I chased and eventually was given an installation date. Technician just rocked up without prior appointment which was not agreed. Then left after 2 minutes and did nothing. Repeated follow ups by emails to even his superior Vernon Hendricks yielded zero response. A post on FB yielded zero response. No telephone numbers are revealed even on request. Ironic, from a telecommunication provider. So Telkom cannot even do basics like installing a simple ADSL line anymore.
