Laptop not working within two months of purchase!

I took a contract Laptop with Telkom in January now it’s no longer working, when I contacted them I was told that I need to contact premium warranty, of which I did, but, I was told that they cannot help since I did not retain a delivery note as a proof of purchase which I was not told...I am writing exams in a second week of April and I don’t have the device that I am paying for.
